Turbo LSX 2011 Escalade EXT build
#161
Well she made lots of runs on dyno. Made about the same power as before. Need a bigger turbo, with the bigger cubes now no gain when boost is turned up back pressures to high etc. T6 manifold from Rick and big big turbo next.

I have a gauge for that

Still have the 80mm?
If so then yea that's too small for a 402, depending on what you want. I know on my 402 my 82mm made peak torque at 4200rpm and peak power at 5200rpm. That's quite fine if you don't want to rev to the moon (the torque was 1100ftlb at peak) or just do 1/8th mile racing. A bigger turbo will move that torque to a higher rpm so you make more power, but its a larger turbo so will act like a larger turbo. My point is if you want a more street friendly setup you are just fine where you are. If you want a track warrior, go ahead and go to an 88mm.

Upper and lower bars are on. Adjust axle in center and pinion angle. Free travel mod done and new bump stops installed. And lots of meth lol.
