Don't have experience with E85 so can't confirm that but it's keeping up with 11-12 lbs on 90 octane.
The only thing I notice on my truck is at WOT from a dig my fuel pressure take a decent hit at the top of 1st gear but after that it holds strong and high.
Even when the fuel pressure dips my IDC and AFR are rock solid so im not to worried. It just shows that the pump has a difficult time keeping up with the task. The PCM makes up for it by adding pulse width.
