I am still running a fair amount of torque management in my trans (depending on gear, load, rpm etc). TQMGT is a must if you want quick shifts and any longevity in your trans

My turbo setup will be different from everybody elses...not over the counter bought but end result should be close to the same. I'v already installed my 85ib injectors so the turbo will be next probably ready to put the knife to it next month. What about flex/fuel pump what are the limits on that? I plan on running e85 with my setup? Another thing is torq management are you guys leaving it on, turning it off?? Any problems so far?
My turbo setup was custom fabed also , now the flex fuel pump was pretty much done @ 606rwhp at the time didn't want to keep it there incase of a boost spike which killed my 1st 6.2L, a Boost-a-pump will not work my builder had to do a stand alone fuel system. In my honest opinion I feel that the stock bottom end 6.2L are good for 600-650rwhp the more i read on other forums more and more have problems north of 650 I did manage to get 709rwhp 688rwtq the 3rd pull on 18lbs but ended hurting it

Ok all good info here...im currently running full torq man at part throttle but im leaving in 8 to 10 degrees at wot when shifting. Im hoping to make high 500's to 600rwhp on E85 just hoping the pump can keep up...if it cant what do you guys suggest doing? Will a drop in pump work or will i need to do a full fuel system overhaul?

I maxed out my MAF at around 8 or 10 lbs I believe... you can use a maf and run 30 lbs if you want. The issue is that if the maf maxes at 8 and you part throttle to 15 your fueling would be set up for 30 and it'd be super rich. I know you aren't going to run this much boost, I was just using those numbers as an example. I went SD with a 2.5 BAR MAP sensor and haven't looked back since. I like it a LOT better. Also about fueling.... I have a non flex fuel stock pump making 550/600 to the wheels on my setup with no pressure drop. I'm actually going thursday to turn the boost up some more.

edit- just saw you were running E85... you will need a bigger pump for sure. No need for a "full fuel system overhaul".

Max boost on this build will be 8ibs so the maf should be fine for now. The pump im thinking isn't gonna be enough What do you guys suggest for a drop in pump? Does anyone even make a drop in pump for this truck.
