The turbo i have in the STS kit is a
Garrett
60-1
.78 A/R

What do the numbers mean and what is A/R. My research is not looking good.

In simplest form - look at the A/R as how quick the turbo will spool. The smaller the number the quicker it will spool, however the smaller the number, the less gases that can pass through it, so you will have to match it to the compressorside as well..
