Touch was a little exaggeration on my part but if I move it around on the turbo at all or take it off fiberglass comes out from underneath and goes everywhere. The one I have is kind of small for my BW S476 with 92mm t4 housing and was thinking of getting another one. If I could avoid all the fiberglass than that would be a plus in my book.

If anyone knows of one that doesn't use fiberglass that would fit my turbo, let me know.

yes that right what he said GMCtrk about the ceramic coating its very well to make the temp little down , I'm doing ceramic coating for the manifold and the turbo the temp come down more than 45 degree C " , so the blanket its not enough .

Most have fiber glass and will eventually break up. I run a treadstone blanket. Works great, but it'll come apart like any other in a year or two.

The thick brush on 2000 degree ceramic coating works pretty good. It'll eventually flake off. Not a lot of coatings will live on a turbine housing. Jet hot has a decent coatino that's works too. Swan tech also has a nice coating. I think turbine housings are like $60 to coat.
