turbo guys, are you boosting with 3.42's at highway speeds?

turbo guys, are you boosting with 3.42's at highway speeds?
Evening gents,
I'm bringing my truck to get the rear end rebuilt and an eaton installed this week and I want to go drop down to 3.42s from my 3.73s because a turbo is in the new future. I know its dependent on the turbo characteristics, but in general, are you making boost with 3.42s at highway speeds? I have a rcsb 4.8l 2wd. THANKS

right, i guess i didnt word my question properly. I just meant when you're cruising at highway speeds and only at partial throttle doing a constant 75 mph in over drive, for example. I didn't know if the load on the engine at those higher constant speeds typically produces no boost, 1 psi, 5 psi, etc. Just curious if its gonna be eatin gas with 3.42s at constant highway speeds. Its my first turbo build so i'm not really sure what expect. (PS: I hate bein a newb)
