Default Turbo guys: Who uses 3" exhaust all the way back?

Anyone making good power using a 3" downpipe to 3" exhaust all the way to the rear bumper? I was planning on using one of the 3" 36" long Magnaflow XL mufflers and a mandrel bent 3" tailpipe. I know there's some debate about 3" vs 4"

What's the setup consist of?

I'm currently and will be running all 3" once I get my turbo on. But I'll have a cutout for the track or special occasions like that.

Shoot, half of my exhaust is still stock lol. From my 3" DP its 3" all the way to the magna flow muffler, then it goes to the stock exhaust over the axle. I do have an electric cutout just after the DP though. I'd probably stay 3" unless you have a 3.5" DP.

4" is massive compared to 3" in terms of area, it's preferred for turbo exhaust.

However, I do know back in the day, Stock48 went 10s in his reg cab on full 3" exhaust. Around 700 hp.

If you need quiet exhaust, 3" is the way to go.

Stock LM7 w/ BTR springs, Trick 76mm for now. Eventually I plan to put the LS2 out of my Vette w/ TEA 317s and a cam. Both combos will run 100% E85. 4l80e w/ shift kit and circle d 3200, 3.42 gears

Well honestly depending on what turbo you use on that LS2, I would consider going with a 3.5-4" exhaust if you can have one fabbed up to work with both setups.
