Turbo fuel system

If it has return fuel, it is boost referenced. It sounds like you should be good. I know some people do an inline pump with the stocker, but I just don't like the idea of it. I would replace the stocker with anything that has been mentioned in here. Just make sure you don't get a pump that is a knock off of a good one.

So im guessing then the stock regulator will have a port i can hook a reference line up to?
I think so for ease of installation and price i might pick up the walbro kit from TSP. Ive heard some mixed reviews on the walbro but seems that a majority has been good.

Racetronix makes a drop in replacement bucket for these trucks with a 255lph pump already installed. It also retains the jet pump and everything so it works just like factory only flows 255. It's not bad on price either, about $225 I think. As for your reg, the factory one is just fine. It's all ready boost ref and I haven't seen anyone out flow one yet.

Ill have to look into that Racetronix unit. Sounds like a pretty good deal for only $100 more since im sure it comes with all the sensors and whatnot.
So as far as the regulator goes, I shouldnt have to touch a thing on it come time to install everything correct?

Sweet, thanks for the help on the regulator guys! Thats one less thing I have to spend money on that can go towards gauges and whatnot.
And Kyle you are right, the module is $225 and includes all new sensors and everything... Only question I have left for now is aside from buying the intake plug for the EGR port and tunning it out, what else is there I need to do for that and EVAP? Or can EVAP stay?
EDIT: How did your move go?

You can keep the evap. The racetronix fuel bucket and pump is very nice. I put one in the tahoe when it went out since it was cheaper than a factory unit and my gf has taken it to just about empty several times.
