The t6 housings are mass produced for industrial diesel applications. I dont think Trick has his cast log available for the t6 housing , Im sure it could be modified to a t6 flange. Kb racing could also build you t6 log. I think you would be happier with a t4 setup unless your going for a max effort build.

For my basic everyday turbo truck I love my master power 70mm from trick. Spool is instant, makes plenty of flow for my stock 5.3, and half the cost of similar sized turbos.

Itd be nice to have a dyno day with a few turbos to show spool, hp, tq and smoothness but I'm not going to buy 2 or 3 other turbos to mess w my DD. Lol

I'll be going s480. I was quoted around the 1100 range for the T4 version with the big exhaust wheel. A plain jane stock s480 is less than $700. Like every one said, it's mass produced and a lot of the big power diesel guys run them. The t4 housing is a custom cut housing to fit. That's why it cost extra. Your paying for the housing itself and the work being done to it.

I wonder with s475/5.3/cam/valvetrain upgrade/4l80e what mpg would look like average. See if anyone have closer this mods. Please share with me if you don't mind?
