I don't think it really maters where the BOV is as long as it is before the MAF. It just needs to be able to release the boost pressure when activated. I mounted mine before the intercooler, cuz #1, it was easy and #2 I didn't see the point in cooling air I was just dumping anyway.

yes thats where mine is. basically in my piping just to the right of the alternator, if you can picture that
