The whistle sound sweet.. open wastegate not so much.. Goin by the muffler shop tom to get a 1.75" ran from the wastegate back to a muffler. Hopefully it will be pleasant to get in boost without blowing my ears out.

So do you run a heat exchanger too or just water from the tank to your cooler? I'd like to do an a/w cooler on mine but scared of how hot everything would get just driving around

Yea, i built a ice box/ reservior but its loaned out.
So right now, its just Pump, HX, IC, back to the pump with one them inline 'T's to get the air out.

Same setup i was running with the STS \/

On the way home yesterday the IATs started out at 120* and got down around 10* above ambient in 5miles. So looks like its working.

Towing the Tahoe home this evening, thank goodness i finally got the Wideband workin and the tune halfway squared away.

I stopped by the exhaust shop yesterday and got the guy to bend me some pipe to go from my wastegate to past the Trans crossmember.

I ended up putting my wastegate on the crossover on the driver side between the trans and cab.. fit perfect with plenty of room all the way around it.

I had to snake it around the AC compressor and it makes one last 45* bend and goes straight up to the turbo.
