thanks for the info. i am sure it will all make sense once the intake is here. it will be here the 19th.

i got the inter cooler mounted. that was easy. next is make the inter cooler to intake piping. i dont have any turbo, wg or bov yet so i want to get as much done up top as i can while i wait.

worst part is drill tapping and splicing for the injectors... but seeing all your past work it a flippin breeze for you hahaha

keep us updated though on the progress... its always cool to see people build the 4.3L

if you do it like mine you don't have to drill anything. i'm still trying to figure out why people drill the thing when the holes are there already.

Nobody has ever mentioned how well the LS1 throttle body works. I just randomly installed it a few months ago and it works great. Its much larger than the stocker. And for people who haven't drilled their manifold wont have to it they use it since it has a vacuum port on it.

got the intercooler mounted. fits in there perfectly. also got the charge pipe up to the tb mocked up and found a decent route for the pipe from the turbo to the intercooler.
