Truck won't start...

Truck won't start...
I just got the turbo setup complete on my truck. I am running COS 3 and made the adjustments in the tune for my injectors. I just tried starting it and it will fire really quick then there is just nothing. Stop cranking and then it does the same thing.
Any ideas? I attached the tune file.
