Time for a retune, meth and cam, 500/600rw

 

Mark. You are running 10 lbs always and no issues. Man you are killing me, well at least I know my truck should have that in it when I get to 10 lbs.

 

YEP. Im not in it all the time, but I definately don't baby it all day long either, lol. I control the boost by how much I put my foot in it. If im building 10 psi with only 50% throttle I usually back off a little to get the boost to come down.

 

I need a retune anyway since its running alittle rich still .

100hp over your ProCharger? Was it only the P1SC kit? How much boost were you seeing with that 6-7psi? Any other changes between the two set-ups other than blower vs. turbo?

 

Ya its a little rich but at 10+psi better rich then lean....

 

Here is the sheet. Notice how quick it makes torque.

P1sc made 339 hp. No changes besides a different tune for the turbo. This was a mail order tune from Nelson.

 

Congrads Mark, nice numbers for sure. Going to be interesting to see what the cam gives you, with the Meth set up.
500 hp Easy I would say. Now go find that Vette and do it from a stand still. LOL

I think with the tune the way it is, It would be way too rich with the meth. Need to jet down on them meth maybe. Also some E-fans would be nice! to go with the cam

 

These numbers are alot closer to what the Procharger should have made. Are you planning on going for a bigger number or are you happy where you're at?
