I wouldnt doubt if you have a 10lb spring. Stevo's car was running 10psi too with that wg. What type of tubing did you get for the wg line?

Dont count too much on the braided, it melts nearly as easy. Its just plastic tubing in the braided stainless, I've seen one dumb *** guy route his N2O line to close to his exhaust and melted the last foot inside the braid. Just keep it away from the extreme heat.

ok just went out to look at it again. the only way to get the hose off the pipe is to cut the rad hose down about 2-3" and reattach. i acually think this would work best as there seems to be enough slac to do it. but if its no big deal for the hose to touch the pipe then the piece going to the turbo right after the last 90 (steel pipe not coupler) could just be 2-4" longer and it would reach. our problem was when you attach the pipe to the turbo it had to go at bit of an angle to go past the rad hose then that angle made the next a hair off and so on. all those slight angles made for a hard to get fit.

i hope this makes since. but if the cutting of the rad hose works to puul the hose over some then i would all fit right in. as it is there is no room between the rad hose, pipe, and stock air box bracket(the floor it sits on) .
So a piece of tubing 3" long, 2 clamps, and one coupler.. Will get you dialed in perfectly? Let me know and I will get it on the way....
Clean install, and I like the flew hose. BUT KEEP AN EYE ON IT, if the filter gets stupid dirty, it can colapse it.,
So what size was that flex hose. 4" 4.25" ?

yeah, that would do it. are you talking about the flex hose to the air box? if so thats the stocker lol just cut it off the old intake tube. its just there until payday. then i'm gonna get a AEM dry flow.

so about my wierd boost. what size gate is the one that comes with the kit? i don't think its too small of a gate (mine, not yours). too small of a gate will cause creep, right? not irratic up and down boost. i think my refrence is just leaking or expanding. i thinking leaking would cause it. as it outflows the leak the gate opens and goes to 7psi then the leak is out flows the boost and pressure goes up then it does it all over again. does this sound plauseable?

38MM comes in the kits.. Too small will cause creep, overboosting, etc etc.
Hose should be connected to the port closest to the gate, and to the intake port. Some connect to the turbo side of things but I like to reference what is in the intake.
Check your blow off as well, if its bleeding any pressure that will freak things out.

In his logs his airflow started jumping up and down when he got the boost up to 7-10lb. Almost like the wastegate was trying to dump the excess pressure. I seems like its opening and closing causing the boost to jump up and down.
