The core set up we sell works for all trucks 99-06. It will not fit behind the grill. If we had a truck here I am sure we could fit one on the 03-06 in that area, but you would have to move the tranny cooler if you had one...

Why dont you like one in the bumper. Paired with efans it makes pipe routing really easy, although im unaware how they route it when in the rad area.

We do make a late model 07+ IC like that, earlier models we put down there. All the trucks except 07+ have room and air flow behind the bumper area. Nice easy install and fittment across many years was a good fit for us. Helped us stock a single core for most kits. Now larger HP levels have larger cores but in the same area, and we are also changing our water to air set ups to mount in that same area...

Looks good.

Any reason why you did the "low" mount over the " high" mount?

my truck is 2-4 dropped and is low by itself. Most of the roads around here pretty well suck and i even know a few driveways that right now i have around and 2 inches of clearence when i go up them. I just had too many worries with clearance issues.

I still have some cleaning up to do. I need to dig my iat wires out of the shrink wrap, they are lenghtened right now. Im gonna try to reuse my old k&n intake to get the filter off the turbo, then finish up some crankcase breather stuff. I did get some exhaust that quietened down the dam 3 inch down pipe haha.
