Norcal, based on your advise here is what I have at the house and will be ready to install soon.
4.10 Richmond gears
Yank 3000 stall
M/T et streets 305/45/18 29.5" tall
Added items:
SnowPerformace alky kit
1.8 roller rockers
Aburn posi unit
3.5 cold air tube with open air K&N filter
Tranny cooler
And just in case 3.0 pulley
I will tune it all in but was wondering what is needed in the way of tuning for the tranny when I install the converter ?

Is it all installed yet.... Results? I am getting a converter installed soon and I have heard that nothing needs to be done to the computer is that correct? My tire difference hoping to drop .5 sec 31" 22r to a 25.5" 17r...... ugly but gets the job done. ha

bollas you should be good to go. the 305 45 18 is 28.8 i was going to get those for my tbss but the wheels i wanted sold out.
with the yank 3000 stall, 4.10 gears and sticky tires your truck should be in the 12s easy with those 3 mods there.

26x10.50 et streets. i ran a 13.3@101 w/ a 1.8 60'. if you don't want excuses for track times be sure to go there on the right tire. otherwise you will just spin and be disappointed. i also have 4.10 gears w/ a cam only lq4.

if you didnt get the tires allready id go wiht a 295 45 17 mt drag radial. the 305 45 18 is nice but the 295 45 17 would be a 1 inch smaller tire which would help but if you allready bought he 305 45 18 then dont worry abou tit.
your truck should dip in the 12s/

Been tied up with work but hope to get to it this weekend , at least get the gears done and then try to do the stall.
I also came across a 4l80e tranny with stock stall converter, cover plate ,
fly wheel ,lines , yoke and wireing harness. Came out of a 1996 3/4 ton chevy and the tranny was a Jasper built unit with under 3000 miles. I know it's not the newer one but for the price I could'ent pass it up.
I will have it on stand by .

Norcal, I installed the gears yesterday after work , it was not all that bad as folks make it out to be. If anything the C-cips where the hardest part.
all I can say now is SH*T Fire and Save the Matches
Talk about a pulling Mo/Fo now it feels like my SSTB when you get on it from a dead stop.
Hope to get to the track this Friday before I do the stall
