Torque converter HELP!!

this is for the turbo guys,,,,,,,, i just got a trick low mount turbo setup and i was wondering what would be a good stall for the converter?? 1800 - 1900??? since the turbo is gona b making speed at the high rpms should igot with a low stall??? or would 2600 or 2800 work better????? would this affect my drivability??? tnx for the info guys

A higher stalled tq converter would still make the turbo spool faster. Do you have an 80e or 60e. I had a 2600 with a 60e and it still had some lag. A 3k would have worked just about right. With the 80e I am using a 2800 stall and it is perfect.

I had the Yank TT3000 which everybody says is too Tight for their liking..
It was nice with the turbo, but the stock 80E converter is Perfect for a Turboed truck. Atleast thats what i like.
