Stay stock, I'm actually thinking about going back to stock.
As Cody mentioned, Wilde Racing as well as Stoiciometric both made well north of 600rwhp on stock converters. Just don't lock it up at WOT is all.

i have a question..

i got a 6.0 turbo .. dropping just about 5oo hp.. but my tundra only weighs in at about 3800lbs..

ill probably be at like 3900 once i add the 32gallon fuel cell.. and drop my stock fuel tank..

what converter should i be running.. any suggestions??

the trucks in the sand or off road a lot.. not trying to go on such a high stall (3600-4000).. it gets really hot out in the dezert as well.

thanks guys

I'm going to add a high stall speed tq converter to my list of things everyone has to have at least once....and only once. So far, my list includes, big cam, black vehicle, and high stall converter

The stock converter has so much mass, it draws small objects into orbit. Heavy, heavy, but seemingly well built.
