I have done that before on certain setups.

 

I run 11psi @ 19deg timing on 91/93 octane no meth sitting around 11.7 afr wot. No knock

im wanting to run around 25deg once i get meth on. then uping the boost to 15psi to see what happens.

Im running 18* at 13# with 93 and meth 9.8 comp. Will be bumping up the comp to 10:1 this fall/winter

 

Lmfao. I remember you telling me a year or two ago that you desensitized them. What made you change your mind??

On my best run with 93 octane, meth, and 14psi I started at 22 degrees, and went through the traps at 20 degrees. I have it backed off now.

I was talking to my GF's father the other day about his tractor. He is running alcohol in the upper 90 for boost (he has hit 110+), and is running 30 degrees of timing!

 

You guys should post what kind of Iat's you are pushing as well with the timing, boost and afr you are running.

 

ok, on my most potent run so far it was 13psi, timing was set at 16* but it gave it 14.5*, 108 IAT, 93 octane and 11.1 or so afr. still running a little rich
