im running 5 pounds of boost on a 6.0 with turbo cam and valve springs. bout to put the 10lb sping in. what timing are you guy running. and what is your afr at wide open throttle?

 

There are alot of variables that will account for how much timing you can run, and what the best AFR will be for your setup. Before somebody could even GUESS for you, they'd need to know alot more about your build, and also the type of fuel you will be using.

 

Somewhere in the 11.5 afr range, and IAT dependent somewhere around 18 degrees

 

for a safe tune under 12 afr and no more than 20 deg

 

cool. thanks guys. im running 91 and at wide open throttle im about 11.5 afr. i have it set at 16 deg timming. what do u guys thing the limit on timming with 91 and 10lb of boost. iat was a little high today but it was so so damn hot outside! i buy all kinds of parts if anyone is lookin to get rid of anything that might help me. thanks.
