It's none of their money. I'd be getting them at cost. The only thing the shop is doing is the tune. Tune is the same price for twins.

Your Precision 78/75 is just what i would spec for the setup your building, Twin BW aren't gonna spool faster, the rotating mass in them is too high for them to be real quick spooling, even on BBC. The 75mm turbine of that turbo is plenty big enough to not be a restriction with that motor and RPM range. I would use it. I think you can make the power you want with it in the RPM range your looking for. Just spring your WG accordingly and use a boost controller (even a manual one) to turn it up from there.

I'm just so torn. There way too many options with a turbos with a turbo setup.

Yep. No perfect combo. The options are so many. Twins or singles.
Both can make power.
