What year LQ4 is it?

And you're going to want to add a cam, converter, tranny, and possibly gears to that list.

Its a 01 and i was going to keep the stock 4l80e but change the shift points and put in 4.10s as for a cam i have heard that a stock cam is a good all around cam, so i was going to keep it. i might plave a little higher stall converter in the truck to get a better launch off the line.

Prochargers need a higher stall converter to really get you into the power band. Also, a cam helps a ton with a procharger from what I've seen.

There's nothing wrong with the prochargers, with the right mods they absolutely fly.

But if you're wanting more of a "just throw it on there and run it" type setup, then you might be interested in the Magnacharger TVS 1900 setup.

I only run around 5lbs max. Without my 3200 torque converter, I was just sligthly under 7 seconds 0-60. With the 3200 torque converter, I am just under 5 seconds 0-60.

Lesson is get a torque converter!

a p1 procharger will give you plenty of power and with a 3.7 pulley you'll have about 9lbs of boost, personally i would recommend getting the d1 procharger if you want to push it.
with a p1 and a 3k + stall youll have a real low 13's high 12's second truck with out a doubt in my mind.
