Default TB identification

This TB is off my 2009 Sierra Denali. I am trying to identify the size of it but can’t get any luck with the part number off it.
PN: RME87-3B1387. Can anyone give me more info on this?

It should be 87mm like you have with the tool there.

The NNBS and TBSS intakes are like 90mm openings.

Yes it will work. The throttle blade does not cross the intake plenum at its widest point which is where the shaft is.
