i'll just by the carb cleaner and spray it and leave it over night and see if that would help from getting stuck, maybe it's really dirty, i mean havent clean it for about 2 1/2 years

If it where mine, I'd pull it of take it in the house and spend all night completely removing everything and cleaning it. Or you could just pull all the plastic and seals off of it and spray it with carb clean. Hell it might not hurt it if you don't let it sit on the plastic for too long, But one thing is for sure, most o-rings and other seals grow about twice there normal sized once they have been hit with carb clean.

by pulling all the seals and plastic would this harm the tb, just looking for an easy way to clean and get rid of the problem, should i bypass the tb

The bypass is up to you. But I'd make sure the throttle is going to return before bypassing.

oh ok i see what ur saying if i spray it with carb cleaner and let it soak for about 5minutes it wouldnt harm anything right, but if i take off the o-ring and plastics it would be safer
