I would bypass the trans cooler in the new radiator and just run a large external cooler. As far as the dust shield mine did also have to be clearanced as the heads of the converter bolts contacted it due to the thicker flexplate I run.
it also has a 40k tru cool after the radiator, it wont keep temps down by itself though. I tried a remote cooler with fans before also, but the radiator does a better job of keeping temps in check.
it's about 5900lbs with a 3700rpm stall... it makes some heat
Did a couple of shake down runs tonight. Needs more injector, or I guess I can try sending the fuel pressure to the moon and see what these will do. On the logs, Pressure and afrs are good till they get close to 100%idc then guessing they go static and fuel pressure drops. any gear around 6000rpm.
right lane, little bit of a launch. about 13psi max the entire run
also at a cross roads...needs way more turbo. either way i go would need 6"cored i/c or go A2W and 210lb injectors
largest s400 frame would be s491 or vs racing 92/110? hard to get a straight answer on how much they will throw down hp wise, would keep hot pipes for the most part i have a full 4" exhaust out the back i'm sure either a cut out or 5'dp+cut out would help
most people are saying dont waste the time on those and jump straight to a gt55, spools just as fast and single will push 1600hp+ easy, need new hotside.
