I would really like to see the wastegate coming off the manifold directly in line with the gas flow. Probably would not work with AC.

depending in year model move or replace ac line.
Same location as our twin scroll.
Works great. Larger gate flanges can be welded on.

I'm sure it works, but don't you think it would be more effective with the gasses flowing in a straight path

No,
Not with the valve right where it's at.
It's a very large opening right against the wall of hot expanding gasses.

Would love to see back to back testing of divided vs open just too see if there is any difference. Because inquiring minds wanna know! lol
