Default Supercharger Gaugees....

Would the Edge Insight cover all bases as far as monitoring everything?Just looking at other alternatives before I get the boost and AFR gauge.

The only thing it looks like the Edge Insight displays is data from the OBDII port and you can hook a EGT thermocouple up to it.

It will not display AFR, boost, or fuel pressure.

yeah I kinda figured that.I would like a nice electronic display, but it seems all those that do you can also hit a wrong button and retune things also.that's what I don't need.zeitronixs had a sweet looking display and afr wideband all in one.if anyone has a cool set up other than a typical white faced boost gauge and pillar? Point me in the right direction

You can mount gauges just about anywhere you like but the pillar is the easiest. Gauges (some) are sold with different color faces. The more unique you like to be the more $ it takes

I have a dashdaq

I have a LC1 hooked to it. I was using a 2 bar MAP sensor to display boost data on the screen through it's OBDII input. It has a couple analog inputs also that I bet other sending units could be hooked up too. Just might need to talk to support on which one and how to set it up.

So far I really like it as an alternative to standard gauges.

Yep, blower is installed. It's making just over 6 psi right now. I was going to try a 2 bar/MAF tune but, there were some issues so I am back on a stock 1 bar/MAF setup. I am tweaking on the tune right now so I have not taken it to the track, plus it's been kinda hot around here lately.

The other day I stalled it up to about 1500rpm and let it rip in 4wd. That felt pretty damn good.

Yeah I was checking out that DashDaq.But I came across on Nelsons page a set of gauges that are Lcd screens and you can download different gauge faces which is pretty pimp. And either or can light up and warn you if the predetermined levels have been exceeded.Boost can look like one and afr can look like another.Or the like each.

Newbie question here (two questions).

1. I would like to get a few guages for the new TVS 1900 I just had put in my truckl (F%^&ing awesome, BTW, makes me feel 15 years younger). The boost gauge that came with the kit is a no brainer, I thought about a temp gauge for the intercooler, what else would you guys do if you wanted relevant data to monitor re the supercharger.

2. Obviously the pillar makes a good spot for 3 (or maybe 4) gauges, but if you wanted to hide them from ... lets say some enthusiastic law enforcement representative ... what ideas/solutions do you have?
