Default supercharged silverado

im thinking about getting a new silverado and putting on a magna charger or procharger.......

but how will the tranny hold up?

if i get a new tundra and have the trd blower installed at the dealer i keep the warranty...... so because the warranty stays with it i think the tundra will hold the added power just fine

but what about the chevy? any problems? and how much power will the chevy make..... it has like 403hp stock, what will a magnacharger or procharger put it up to?

and if supercharging the chevy is safe, which system, magnacharger or procharger?

does that mean the tranny will hold up long and reliable with the added power of the supercharger?

The trans in the Silverado will for sure need to be upgraded if you want it to last long. But the 6L80E's have been holding up quite well to power from what I have read.

You may keep the Toyota warranty with the TRD blower, but there isnt much for tuning or transmission performance with it. Once the trans blows on the Toyota, yea it will be under warranty, but it will keep breaking. To get a performance trans for that will probably be $7000
