i have seen for a long time a product that has a picture of an overloaded horse drawn buggy that is holding a donkey in the air, it is usually in the back of magazines in the small adds, my question is is what is this "turbonator" any pictures?

 

I think it's similar to that lovely tornado thing that you stick in your intake tube.

It will in no way ever build boost or any kind of positive manifold pressure. It creates a restriction if anything.
