get a $25 exhaust expander and flare the end of the pipe out a little. shoud keep it together.

I use the hairspray right before putting pipe together let it sit has never blown off. Worth a try, oh I still have bullshit clamps.

I have only blew 1 pipe off in 3 years.. But that was off of the TB.. Sounds like good numbers to start. What is the setup??

That won't hold!!

Well I guess those problems are gone now. I had a hose blow off on my stock Typhoon a long time ago. No clamps on that, just a regular boot. Seemed to work for stock I/C piping except for that one time.

Nice work. Somebody knows how to TIG.

Are those the intake style V-bands with the gasket? I read those are rated at 75psi so they should hold.

I didnt see the point, or even think about it for that matter, to get Geoff to print out the dyno sheet because we weren't done with the tune. Not alot of point in showing off an unfinished dyno graph that looks like crap with the piping coming off. Id rather boast about the one when its done I guess...

Setup is 5.3, a small amount of port work (just cleaned up the casting marks), LS2 cam, FAST65lb injectors, Trick Performance 70mm front mount turbo, and Snow stage one meth kit.

I got a bead rolling kit from my buddy last night, so I'll start working on the piping this week.
