Default STS turbo clocking question

We have to do some modifying to the STS kit to fit under my lowered 01 silverado. I was just wondering about the turbo setting in the right position to avoid oiling troubles and other problems. What's the proper "clocked" setting for the turbo? What should I watch out for? Thanks in advance

Oil feed should be at 12 o-clock and drain should be 6 o-clock. It's easy to adjust, just loosen the housing bolts and twist them

none of it hangs below the frame, yes it is a muffler after the turbo.
