Do a search on Jerry2500 and read some of his posts on towing. He tows a heavy camper trailer with out any problems on a regular basis. Maybe PM him if you have some particular questions you would like advice on. I think he may be happy to help you out.

I have towed more then that plenty of times both when I had the STS and with the front mount I have now. It tows great! I wouldn't hesitate to put a STS on a truck and tow that load though any hills. 4 quads on a trailer and all associated equipment is not much of a load .

I tow with mine quite a bit. I love it, but you do need a good tune. As far as turbos vs supercharges, turbos have the advantage IMO. Would you tune it?

I towed a 89 Camaro (heavy tank) to the track last week and towed a 96 Cobra (felt alot lighter than the Camaro) home... stayed in boost for the majority of the trip.. mayb 2, 3 and sometimes 4 psi... i have a W/A IC and i never saw IATs 30* over ambient..

I think you'll be fine. I tow 7-8k with my front mount without any issues, except my tranny getting hot. But that will be fixed soon since Im going back to a stock stall TC.

I tow a 10K lb enclosed trailer without any problems with a centrifigual, you just have to be more conservative with the timing tables in the tune if you know you're gonna be doing towing. 4 quads (lets go on the high side and say 4 4wd 650's or 750's) at 700 lbs each.....2K trailer, you're still only around 5K total...shouldn't be a major headache...

I'm not far from you lemme know if you have a desire to check my setup out at all.
