Well I cut the tail pipe off before the crappy bends and I gained 1.5psi on low boost and 2psi on high boost. The truck feels totally different and pulls like crazy. I actually had to turn down the boost controller to my 10psi setting to keep it to around 12psi with my new found boost. It jumped to 14.5psi when I first stabbed the throttle and blew the tires off from a 50mph roll.

Yeah, definitely a 4" tail section will help. I've got a mandrel bent 3"DP, into a full 4" exhaust system with straight thru muffler.

I think a 4" tail pipe will help a lot. I measured the pipe that I cut off and it necks down to about 2" where he press bent the 90 degree turn out. I can't believe I didn't notice it before now.

I went to an exhaust shop and found an old 3.5" tail section off of a diesel. I welded it in and it does great. Muffler, I don't need no stinkin muffler...Its tons quieter than my Z28. I'd post a pic but my dad has the truck at his place for painting. It spools quicker with the bigger pipe and no muffler.

I got a single 4" tail pipe after the turbo,no muffler, over the axle and dumps by the rear bumper. I like it cause it kinda looks factory. Got the wastegate dumping back into the tailpipe as well.
