Default STS is planned to be installed this week... got a couple ?s

OK guys... STS kit with 6psi

My injectors wont be here for about a week.. but since i dont have much to do this week i plan on installing the kit. Plus i have my brother welder and plenty of time to fab up the Turbo Back exhaust.

So say i put the kit on, remove the wastegate and just drive it till the injectors get here..
Do i just put put around or can i drive it like normal but not go over 1/2 throttle?? Seems like it will be a little sluggish since it has to suck air so far,, i know the turbo is goin to be turning some without the wastegate... but this is the first turbo ive been around so im clueless.

Then when the injectors get here ill be installing them and tuning.

The W/A Cooler is goin to be a huge Pain to install and pipe everything together.
But ill get it.

Just need a little info of what i should do after i get the kit installed and waitin for the injectors..

Also what i just thought about....

I remember cody (01slowz71) said something about they have been seeing real good results with running a vacuum line to the filter side of the turbo so it is pulling vacuum on the Crankcase... I think i will be doin that also and do away with the birdnest of wires from the kit..

Can i just tap the end of the K&N Filter and attach a hose to that and connect that to the CrankCase? Do away with the PCV?

Thanks guys!!!

If you have a w/a cooler to install I ll bet your injectors will be in before you get everything together. If not, yes you can prolly putt around with two feet, cause the bastard will prolly not idle. Stay out of boost to be safe. I ran a catch can mounted on the pass side next to the radiator, there is a hole there perfect to mount to. Then I just routed both hoses that come from the valve covers to my catch can. I havent had any problems like blowing the dipstick out or anything so it must be working.
