Ok, you STS guys, where do you have your meth installed? cause I have heard of putting upstream of the MAF, but how far upstream? Anyone?

you dont want meth getting on the MAF. Always spray it after the MAF. If you want accurate IAT's, get an IAT sensor and install it after the meth and find the correct wire going to the MAF and connect it.

Cool

I mounted my IAT sensor ( from a 97 Camero GM Part# 12160244 and connector pigtail GM Part# 12102620) in the tube that is connected to the TB by the 90* silicone boot. You will need a grommet to mount the IAT sensor into and the MAF wires for the IAT sensor are Black and Tan. I mounted my meth nozzel 4" into the next tube. About as far away from the TB as I could get it without going around the 90* bent after the MAF. I read that you want it a little distance to help with atomization.

I didn't know you guys where relocating the IAT sen. Mine is in the stock location. But I do have the MAF 4 inches before the 90* bend. Good info!

Mort dose the sensor have threads on it or is it a push in ruber boot style?

Cool

The sensor I used just pushes into a grommet or rubber fitting. It does not have any threads on it. I used a 3/16" or so grommet I got with my STS meth kit and worried a little about it sealing or blowing out but so far it has been good. The grommet was easy to install being thin and flexible and it was easy to push the sensor into it.
