Sounds that everyone that has one is pleased for the most part. Looks like they are making pretty good numbers! How about your mpg? Any substantial decrease?

I never had a problem with the maf when I had one, much much happier without the maf and running CLSD

I have flooded the MAF with water and oil. Water will make it run rough for a while and always longer than I thought it should as the warm intake air should dry it. If you take it out it is easy to dry but there may still some water laying in the intake piping that will continue to wet the MAF.

Oil is another problem. When the weather gets really cold, the pump can be too weak to move the cold oil fast enough and it will back up in the turbo centre section and flood past the end seals into the exhaust and intake. I have a switch in the cab to put my pump on full flow that seems to work to avoid this problem. When the MAF gets covered in oil it is a mess. Best to clean it with electronic cleaner spray with no lubricant in it. The whole of the intake pipe will likely need to be cleaned as well. After this happens once you will try to avoid it in the future as it is a PITA.

I am 2 bar SD now as well so this should not longer be as major a concern.

Mort, what temperature would you say the pump starts to have a hard time?

It sounds like mort needs to have a smaller restrictor..... I've been in sub 30* temps with no oil issues what so ever..... Well I had my waste gate freeze up once..

The oil restrictor helps quite a bit and my waste gate freezes up every time it gets into the lower 20's.

The time I had the problem with the oil backing up from the cold the truck sat outside all day at -10 F or less. I keep it parked in a heated basement (> 45 F at night ) so that is not a problem but might be if I parked outside as it gets to -22F here for a couple of weeks most winters. I have never had a problem once I started leaving the pump on high speed all the time in the winter. There is a larger capacity pump that is available and if I replace mine that is what I intend to get.

I have had the condensation freeze in my waste gate as well. I saw 16 psi boost before I backed out of it. If you live in a cold climate it is good to be prepared, just in case.
