STS Guys?
#1
Looks like I have EVERYTHING I need to get after the install. Fedex delivers most of the goodies tomorrow. For those of you that have done STS install, are there any basic things I need to look out for, or any advise on a plan of attack in order to make this go as smoothly as possible? I've got my Predator updated with the base tuning, I've got the garage lined up where I can leave the truck and spend a few evenings working on it without rushing. Just want to make sure I do everything correctly the first time....Help????

Welder? That will be the best way to connect the turbo pipe to your exhaust. You will also need something to cut the exhaust pipe right before the muffler. I will be working in Venice area tomorrow, I live in Tampa so if you need anything let me know. Pm me and Ill give you my phone number if you want.

Sounds like you have it covered pretty well.
If you don't have a welder try and get a pipe section that you can split and use as a shim between the STS pipe and the stock section. The stock section is not really very round and won't seal up well with just a pipe clamp, the shim will help fill the gap enough to make it tight so you can get it weld afterwards.

Run the intake tubing from the front back, that will help pinpoint your turbo placement as it has to connect to the intake piping to feed it! then take your time and mount the exhaust flange/turbo. Then run your wiring harness. 1ST THING LAY OUT EVERY THING ON THE FLOOR THE WAY IT GOES SO YOU KNOW YOU HAVE EVERYTHING AND AN IDEA WHERE IT GOES! good Luck.
