Thanks David. Using STS's universal kit and what I needed to do it, it would run around $3500.00. Allen tuned it using LS1 Edit. It did pretty good, but is right on the edge if pushed. It really needs a pump. I am trying to get the customer to do a pump, meth injection, stall, and turn it up to about 8psi. Would love to see 300rwhp. In that truck, it would be a hell of alot of fun.
The kit did turn out great. I was able to use almost all aluminum except where I went underneath. Even on the dyno runs, the IAT's never got over 115.

02 vortech, is that the gmc syclone MPFI intake? or the stock intake manifold? If it is the Syclone intake manifold I have the upper intercooler for it. You could run that intercooled setup. Let me know.

My "Dyno Queen" was rated at 300 hp, lol. My G-tech runs are mid 13's at 4500 foot. with a 1.9 60'

"DYNO QUEEN"
Hard to beleive a 300hp truck is capable of mid 13's hey.
Wilde did you ever get that thing re-dynoed to what it really has?
I would think with all you mods you would be at 550hp at the crank for sure,
maybe high 400's at the rear wheels if not more.

just for argument's sake. My truck made 416rwhp, weights 6150lbs race weight, and ran 13.06 with a 1.9 60'. So, with the same 60' and half a second slower, it doesn't seem possible that the above truck is making high 400hp. Probably more like high 300's.
Just a thought.

15 psi of boost is a lot for only having 416 hp, but with your trucks wieght, the times are inpressive. maybe it is the 4l80e trans taking up the hp?
I think my truck is over the 400 hp mark, by how much, I'm going to be finding out early next year. When I did my G-Tech times, my truck had a missfire that caused the TCC to stay unlocked. I might go do a few runs now that the missfire is gone.
