Cool STS Boost Controller Heads-Up

For anyone using the STS boost control I have a heads up for you. If you used the plastic T in the line from the compressor housing (or the intake manifold) to the STS Boost Adjuster and the waste gate it can break. Mine broke and it had just a little pressure on it from the silicone reference lines. I replaced it with a brass T from a local auto store.

Have a good one.

Yup, I did not even bother using that cheapo plasits stuff when I did the install.
Plastic **** gets brittle here when it 10 below in the winter months.

Or when it's 10* above 100*F. I am surprised my boost gauge line has held up as good as it has being that it's nylon. Only time will tell.

That's one reason I have built in some boost protection in my tune. If for some reason my boost goes much over my high boost level, I have it set to go WAY rich and pull 6* of timing. Helps keep it safe
