Rick S. did respond saying it sounds like I didn’t make the return line have a rise (making like a sink p trap) and this is what happens when that isn’t done. I’ve checked the manual ten times and diagrams and cannot find where this is indicated to do

So I put the u bend as he stated in the return line, and I did one of these in the feed line just for the hell of it . Also added a 2 inch straight nipple / coupler out of the turbo oil outlet before the two 45 degree elbows the turbo had preinstalled, then ran the line to to the pump at a straight shot with a steep slope.
Ran the truck for a good while at all the same conditions in which made it “roll snow”. Had no smoke coming from the tailpipe. Not a drip of oil all day whatsoever anywhere from the exhaust outlet. So that must have taken care of that issue.
Now on to the next issue. The PCV setup smoking its *** off.. I uninstalled and reinstalled, checking the driver side valve cover line and check valve orientation which was correct, check the solenoid / switch was operating properly, but no matter what I did it would not stop causing oil to come out of somewhere (dipstick hole most likely).
So i pulled I unhooked the pass side line, left the sts crap hooked up to the throttle body side with the other end going to nothing. Stuck a breather on the pass side valve cover. And guess what, no problems with it. No smoke, no oil on pass side of motor, no idle issues, nothing seems to be malfunctioning.
So if that fixes the issue, what’s the proper way to remove the sts PCV setup and vent the pass side valve cover? what do i hook to the throttle body port?

Wanted to give a quick update. The whole oil issue was actually related to the pump intermediately loosing power and the oil got backed up in the turbo, it just happened to not do it after I messed with the wires when rerouting the return line in my previous post but a few days later it came back. I ran my own pump wire harness and bypassed all the sts instructions and harness. Haven’t had an oil issue since.
also got a 2bar map and SD tune from Richard @ Atomic.
