Have any of you guys ever ran or heard of anybody selling a tighter belt tensioner pulley for vortec trucks? The stock on will just not hold not hold up under boost. Broke it twice already. It slips a lot under boost. Even witha 1in smaller belt then whipple had suggested with the kit. Can any body help me out or at least point me in the right direction?

 

Do a search for HD belt tensioner... I think magnacharger sells it but im not sure.

 

I think he is talking about the 5.7l Vortec. Or rather, 350 chevy...

 

Yes i am. Im not for sure if anybody makes them.

 

I'm not sure that there is anything that is not made for that motor. Just have to do some searching. I'd call procharger...probably have to adapt some things for your accessories depending on what you run.
