i know some of you guys have done this. i have a 04 with a 6.0 and wanted to know how to go about using the evap for my return and the limits of the rail mounted (03) fpr. thanks

 

03 is returnless, 99-02 is the return. I would not use the evap as a return, but rather drill a bulkhead fitting for the feed and use the stock feed as the return.

 

i have two sets of return style rails, but my truck is returnless. on my last build i gutted the stock regulator and used a aeromotive fpr . i thought i read that some guys were returning through the evap and using the stock fpr on conversions. this is a daily that will probably see about 9psi. sorry to come off as lazy about my fuel system but i want to do this on the cheap. anybody use a walbro 400 yet?

 

99-03 is return 04 and ^ is returnless

 

03 is return style I thought cuz my buddies 03 has s return on it just like my 01
