Mine drops to like 54 at WOT, 62 at normal idle 64 when its really cold out. Normal cruising is like 60-61psi. If I go WO from a dead stop it gradually decreases proportional to the RPM. I didnt like seeing 54 but 50 damn, at WO my 02's are reading between 910-915. I wish I could get the psi up at WO but I have talked to many people and everyone states that on the returnless systems this is normal. I not sure what to do either, my injectors are running at 97% duty cycle so it would be nice to get the psi up a little bit.

last i was told from joshluther, that's about where i was.......... as far as duty cycle goes. but the o2's were much leaner than 910-915. header plumbing should be done tommorow at the exhaust shop, so thursday will be a tuning/log day after the new pump and header install. i'll see where i stand truly then.

ok, voltage booster...... here's a link
https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...oltage+booster
the info i'm getting now from all sources ( outside of ptrucks, ls1tech, and inside as well ) is saying the 04-05 trucks have a lean out problem with the fuel system on radix trucks at high rpms. i believe blownchevy, that one time you told me you weren't running a voltage booster, i asked because i rememberd this thread that i just posted a link to. do you no longer run it, is that the deal? is this a viable option?

Blownchevy, I am getting ready to replace my pump under warrenty and I also want to replace my FPR but can't seem to find a place that sells them. The dealer won't just sell the regulator have to buy the hole assembly.
any help would be appreciated,

On the 04 you will need to replace the entire module
