there are a couple of downsides to them like more expensive and more to go wrong but from a performance standpoint you can't beat em.

this unit will be burried under the truck, no one will see it.

.81 should work just fine on your 408. I would think about getting the converter done in order to better match the new setup if need be.

That thing is huge! Have you figured out what kind of pump its going to take to get an adequate volume of fluid through that thing? So are you building the whole setup yourself? Have you sourced a set of headers or manifolds to hook the turbos to. Are you going to fab the pipes yourself? This setup is going to be insane. I wish I had your abilities.

i am going to do it all myself and we will see how good my abilities really are. i am going to try and keep the stock mainifolds first but i doubt that will work. then goto a shorty style turbo header or maybe even a set of simple logs.

i plan on bumping up the converter some. i would like for them to try and get it in the 3500range.

right not i am thinking twin pt70gts, they are rated at 900each
