I agree.

Both, do you have a wideband? If not what are your 02 readings? B1S1 and B2S1

Yes I have PLX wide band and boost gauges, 7.0 to 7.3 bounce psi @ a 11.8 to 12.0 bounce AFR. My gears are 3.42.

Thanks

Thanks guys, I'm glad I opened this can-o-worms now.

Would this be where I can richen it a little? I always wondered if bouncing off of 12.0 was not good.

Its been Soooooo long since I tweaked and I had a mentor at the time. What you see is how I drove it off of the Dynamometer shop.
So if you want, tell me the rpm range of 1.244 you would change and in what steps until I perhaps get it to stay more towards a 11.8 max?
Its been so long I don't remember which way to go with the numbers to richen.

How much timing are you running and what fuel is available 91 or 93?

Running 93 octane and can you read a tune file? I have attached it here but if not tell me the screen to grab that at. I'll make a stab at it though. See below.

I know we did many WOT runs after the Dyno to tweak out any KR. We would make a run or two a day at normal operating temps, and stop after a couple because of the IAT being out of the normal starting point if you know wat I mean.

Attached a log file. She was hot but I wanted to do over 120mph to check for KR.

Also my gauges config. The boost shows a little more on the log then the pillar gauge.

As far as your BE/PE numbers go, take that 1.244 or whatever is in that cell and divide it into 14.68 and that's what you should be seeing on the wide and at that given time. That 1.244 should be about 11.8 AFR... That's a ratio. The closer you get to 1.000 the closer you will get to 14.68 (or 14.7, whatever your tune is calling "stoich") raising the number will make it richer. Negative numbers there will have you leaner than your desired stoich. Just trying to let you know a little more of how that works...

When I'm doing PE fueling adjustments I usually go .05 or so in the direction I want to go... You'd be surprised, sometimes that's all it takes to get it where you like.

I'd leave it like it is, go to a colder plug gapped a little tighter and read them again. I honestly think your tuning is fine.
