If you don't have any money, then your best investment will be to buy a bunch of header wrap on eBay and wrap your WHOLE exhaust, headers and all or sell the headers and put stock manifolds back on it and wrap all the way to them. Trust me, I had STS before front mount and wrapping the whole system made the biggest difference in street spool and lag then any thing.

I changed the price to 200 because I think I should be able to get 200 for my cam and a new cam wont be over 400. I have some of the exhaust wrapped I was thinking about taking the headers off and selling them and putting my manifolds back on. I have a t-04E turbo. My engine is a 5.3. I bought a a/f guage but soon found out that those are pretty much worthless, will be getting a wideband soon.

I would keep the headers for now, do the IC.. The tb stall is better then stock.. I am not a turbo guy, so I dunno if the reason for you thinking its a dog is due to turbo size. Seems to me 7psi on anything should make a difference..

its only a dog until it spools at about 3500. but with more exhaust wrap and my stock manifolds its probably only gonna lower the boost to 3000 or so from what I've read.

Lose the Doug Thorley's eh!Stock manifolds flow more then enough for you. They will also keep the heat in better.Wrap the **** out of the exhaust like mention.Sale the headers then use the money to get you a proper cam.

wrap everything from headers all the way to the turbo, wrap or cover the turbine side to keep the heat in it. get an intercooler and look into stepping up your stall. most guys dont have less than 3000 stall on their ls motors
