I like that black pulley!

Step up man!! a 3.4 with a stock balancer is weak!!! The more you pulley down the more responsive it will seem down low. Its not like a turbo where when you change the waste gate it enables you to build more... with a blower its more at all throttle levels. It will hit boost quicker and easier.

So if I ever get a good way to machine the spacer I want to make then I am going to drill it and tap it for nitrous fittings. Semi-direct port under the blower.

Why not just run 2 fogger bars rather than semi direct port.

Material is just normal aluminum, maybe 6061. I havent really looked into it that hard, just have an idea.

My issue with machining will be getting the thickness I want (between 1/2" and 1" probably) at a resonable cost, and some 3d features I want milled like a 0.1" groove for a gasket, etc. Still working on getting a first cut from 1/8th steel to see if my measurements are good before I am looking to have it cut out of something thick. 1/8th steel is $10 whereas 1/2" aluminum is $100.

What Blower? why not call and have them and see if they will give you the bolt pattern.
