9 psi before with the 3.65" pulley, 9-10 now with a 3.25" pulley, cam and 4" exhaust. Haven't really played with the meth too much yet. AFR is 11.3 on pump 91. When road testing it i found an issue with 2nd gear so thats being looked at now. Basically at wide open throttle and the tires are spinning the gear disengages. It's not flaring but more like the solenoids putting in in neutral and it only happens between 35-4500 rpm in 2nd. All my dyno pulls are made in 4th gear on a mustang dyno, when the motor is around 90*f and make a pull on the dyno it will hover around the 505 mark but when hot it's back to back 486. Once I get the trans tune sorted out I'll start looking at the meth.

Without. I really don't know much more about the tune than that. I just leave it with the shop that's doing the tuning while I go make money lol

Well the truck was on the dyno with the tuner.. I thought it was implied that the tuner would tune for the extra fuel

What accessory belt are you running, 6 rib or 8 rib? I can't tell watching the video but it looks like an 8 rib.Last week I put the 3.25" pulley on mine with a new, shorter, Gates 6 rib and I had to tighten the hell out of my mechanical belt tensioner to stop it from slipping.

6 rib. I went back to the stock tensioner and use a ford excursion diesel belt with 2 ribs cut off. It works pretty good and occasionally I hear a chirp when I downshift and punch it but that's it. Been like that for a year now.

Problem solved. I guess with all the torque now the header would press on the starter wire and eventually burned through causing it to ground out whenever I had good traction. I noticed it when I was installing the caltracs and fixed it. Hauls *** now!
