Just looking at your numbers, 60lb/hr injectors at 92% dc and .60 bsfc works out to about 730 flywheel hp. With 18% drivetrain loss, that's about 600 to the wheels. 600 hp in a 6100 lb vehicle works out to 12.53 @ 108 mph using TCI's calculator which is just a ball park. If you go backwards and put in your mph and weight, it works out to 505hp which you should be well over with your combo. Something is obviously off but you could still make some gains in your 60ft times, although getting that much weight moving isn't easy.

Btw, are you running a maf or in speed density?

I don't believe the 640ft lb torque limit will cause you any issues. I have some friends making 800+ft lbs to the wheels with stock PCMs. I would hold off on the BS3 until you get some bugs worked out.
That is exactly what Ed Wright said, there are some with 640ft lb limits and there are others with 850 something limiters.

I dont see how it happens but I would think that my setup would make well over 600ft lbs. Dont you guys?

It climbs up to 600ft lbs and then just stays there from 4800rpm all the way to 6200rpm.
If thats not a limiter then I dont know what is.

What does your timing do when this happens???? Do you traction control on it?

Your truck was tuned with a tech 2? Not EFI Live or HP Tuners?

I thought Erik tuned it with EFILive V2? Did you take it to Ed after that?

No he didnt tune it, Ed tuned it with a Tech 2. not EFI live.

So with Ed being the mastermind and all, I am assuming it has no more available power without going to a standalone like Big Stuff 3.

I mean nobody believes it wont go past 600ft lbs, but what can I say. Thats what Ed said it was limited at.\

The motor looks fine, its torn down and the pistons look really good. So no fuel starvation issues or knock issues.

ANyone have any info/experience with transmissions going bad?

What happens when a Torque Converter goes bad?

What happens when a gear starts to fail?

i think this is right on the money. your truck is huge, its awd, and you have ridiculously huge wheels. none of these things are going to add up to a quick drag strip number.

I think your problem has to do with tuning... I don't know if you can remove the limits the PCM puts in with a Tech2... Since you said your pulling timing, sounds like to me that Torque Management is kicking in with a vengence... I am not sure what a Tech2 can actually do and not do, but IMO I would get a tune done with Efi Live or HP Tuners... Concentrate on removing or raising some of the TQ management... For example...

{B6601} Axle Torque Limiting - Use to enable/disable the torque reduction function based on axle torque limits
Efi Live Tables you might want to check out:

Engine Calibration.Torque Limiting
{B1901} Max Allowed Engine Torque
{B6601} Axle Torque Limiting
{B6615} Max Torque, Front Axle
{B6616} Max Torque, Rear Axle
{B6617} Max Torque, Front Prop Shaft
{B6618} Max Torque, Rear Prop Shaft
{B6619} Max Torque, Trans Input Shaft
{B6620} Max Torque, Trans Output Shaft
{B0401} BTM Enable RPM

Transmission Calibration.Torque Reduction.Abuse
{D2001} Abuse Mode RPM Enable
{D2002} Abuse Mode TPS Enable
{D2003} Abuse Mode Speed Enable
{D0301} Transmission Torque Reduction
{D2004} Abuse Mode Torque Reduction

So you think it has nothing to do with the "torque limit" of 600ft lbs?

I am pretty sure that if there wasnt some type of torque limit on it that it would continue to make more torque after 4800rpms, dont you?

Its just the weight, drivetrain loss and the ridiculous wheels?
